These durable, fully-enclosed buildings utilize ClearSpan's beam construction, which provides the utmost structural integrity at nearly any size.
Beam frame, purlins and secondary framing are all constructed from grade 55 steel.
Roof and wall panels are made from painted 26 gauge R-Loc™.
Buildings are rated for up to 115 mph winds and up to 30 psf ground snow load.
Roof pitch is 1:12.
Offered in either 14' or 18' exterior eave heights.
Buildings come enclosed. Door kit sold separately to complete your structure.
Available in the customers's choice of two color combinations: Gray with Charcoal roof, trim and wainscot (G) or Light Stone with Hunter roof, trim and wainscot (T).
Custom structures and colors are available upon request.
