  ClearSpan Premium Bolt Up Package

• This kit includes everything users need for a simple installation process, and the structure is designed to ensure exceptional durability.
• The framing is made from 14 gauge, red-iron 12'H sidewall columns and rafters, as well as 16 gauge roof purlins and 3/8" steel structural plates.
• These dependable kits are rated for up to 145 mph and 30 lb. ground snow load.
• The roof and wall cladding are constructed from prime, 26 gauge acrylic Galvalume® R-Loc™ and come in the customers' choice of five colors. The roof pitch is 3:12 and center height is 14'6". The structures come with framing for large access doors on both end walls.
• Premium kits include gutters, downspouts, and a DripX condensation barrier.
